U18 - Midget Ice Bears
MIDGET ICE BEARS ARE MIDGET D PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONS
After a very successful season, the Midget Ice Bears attended the Midget D Provincial Championships in Elk Point held on March 23-26. After 2-0-1 in round robin they advanced to the semi final where they played Pincher Creek. Winning the semi final 5-1 advanced them to the Championship game. Playing against them in the final was the Eckville Eagles, the team they tied in the Round Robin. After a quick goal in the first period the Ice Bears played hard and came out with a 4-0 win! So proud of this team of dedicated and hardworking players. They were a great representation of our town both on and off the ice.
